May 4, 2004 - Sadly, I lost all my photos from this day but one. May 4 was the day when homosexuality was discussed on the floor extensively. Sadly, I must report that by a small margin, The United Methodist Church retained and strengthened its language of prohibition against "the practice of homosexuality," whatever that means.
Every day, folks from Reconciling Ministries, MFSA, Mosaic, and other groups working towards
GLBT rights were at the doors inviting people to remember their baptism.
