Each year the Shearer family invites artists who specialize in Western painting to come and take photos of scenes to paint for later. We were invited to come down and see what was happening.
Unfortunately, photography is not really allowed if you're not one of the actual artists. Therefore, I didn't take any photos of the scenes.
Imagine a bunch of recreated wild west scenes, from cattle being driven through a river to a saloon to even a cowboys and Indians battle. All the action takes place in the Cheyenne River valley.
